RIT Commencement 2025: A New Chapter Begins

The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) will hold its 140th commencement ceremony on May 3, 2025. The event will be held at the Gordon Field House and Athletic Center on the Henrietta campus. More than 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students are expected to receive their degrees.

The commencement speaker will be Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Fauci is a world-renowned expert in infectious diseases and has been a leading voice in the fight against HIV/AIDS and other pandemics. He will address the graduates and their families about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

RIT President David Munson will also address the graduates and will confer the degrees. Munson will highlight the accomplishments of the graduating class and will urge them to use their education and skills to make a positive impact on the world.
